Sonnet | Pet Insurance Review

With out my knowledge my wife change our long time home insurance All state insurance with sonnet, she was thinking saving some money, after couple of weeks in sonnet, our house hit by major hail storm after damage we claim, sonnet surprised us, our policy didn't cover hail damage, imagine we are in hail storm capital city of Calgary. I am blaming sonnet, they have great and deep knowledge about hail storm the city where we live, they should explain to my wife, hail should include in the policy, but they fail to do that, now we are helpless. please hail must be included as mandatory like fire and flood, don't separate them for business and confuse clients.
