Don't let their lower rates fool you
Easy to use website, pretty decent rates but pray you never have a claim. They will give you the run around and do everything they can to avoid compensating you fairly for your losses. Apparently Economical and Sonnet are one company and neither one of them have good reviews anywhere but here! I don't recommend either of them.
The insurance policy needs to cover those who do not drive much these days. To pay pre COVID rates when driving is low, is not acceptable. Follow the example of CAA My Pace - install device, 100 KMs driven for about $160, or 1,000 kms driven for a little over $700.
Otherwise, I did not have much interaction with Sonnet, but I appreciated getting full documented insurance the next day.

I really like how it is totally online and the quote you get is REAL.... I DON'T have to contact agents or speak to anyone.... I would give 5 stars only because website went down 2 times within 3 years together so far
