Great customer service. Sonnet has always been polite and responsive when I need to reach out to an employee but I really love the fact that I can do almost everything online when it is convenient for me.
Also the value for price is amazing!
Great service and great insurance. Just wish you covered recreational vehicles, such as campers, atv, snowmobiles etc. So we can have all insurance through 1 company.
I've had insurance of one type or the other for 51 years and Sonnet Insurance offered the easiest process I've ever gone through with respect to car and home insurance. It's all done online. It is completely nonintrusive. And, the rates are the best I've ever had, as well.
Not only is Sonnet the most cost effective automobile insurance but I had something very traumatic happen recently which left me financially squeezed and when my payment didn't process they gave me time to make the payment instead of just cancelling or charging me for the rest of the year in one bill! Excellent customer service !!
