Unclear about my benefits
Overall I find the claim submittal/reimbursement process to be fairly smooth and painless. I have taken advantage of the Helpline once, although I did not find it particularly helpful.
It would be nice to understand more about my benefits and exactly what I get reimbursed for; I thought that after meeting the $250 deductible for the year I would be reimbursed at 100%, but that has not seemed to be the case. I would recommend that the Member Center of the website include a more detailed breakdown of submitted expenses and reimbursement amounts, rather than just a list of EOBs.

Alexis has the best customer service that I had ever experienced when calling customer care for any questions she’s amazing!
I would recommend this insurance to others if there’s more representatives just like Alexis that would make understanding the policy of their plan so easy! Thank you Alexis So so so much from Gunner and myself!

My dogs have better insurance than I do!
I love that I can sleep well knowing that if I have an emergency with my pets I can afford to help them . They will never suffer since I have insurance for them .

Nationwide sets my mind at ease when dealing with a sick pet
Customer service has been great, my policy is wonderful and it is worth every penny!

The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.
All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
