Honestly, your response time and customer service for my pet insurance is way better than my own health insurance as a human!
Love your insurance and your response times. I would recommend Nationwide to all of my friends considering getting a canine companion!

Once you get through the medical review process...(if requested), .the claims service is outstanding.
If your pet is older, Nationwide may request medial records prior to paying the first claim(s) submitted. In our case, it took 45 days (they notify you it can take up to 60 days) after submitting our records. Initially,we were unhappy with the length of time it took for the medical review. However, they were always very friendly and helpful when I called to check on the progress. After this process was completed, we now receive payment on our claims within 3 business days (if you sign up for electronic claims payment). We are now extremely happy and would recommend this insurance to everyone, especially if you have an older pet that requires more medical attention.
