So glad I purchased vet insurance 9 years ago!!
Our Kierra is getting up in age- we purchased insurance when she was 3 after finally paying off the dreaded “vet bill credit card” and swearing we were not going back in debt with vet bills again. Over the years it has paid for itself and more- Kierra is aging and has developed some health issues that have required regular testing and costly exams with a specialty vet, not to mention a good bit of medication. Having insurance has allowed us to give her the best care possible to keep her comfortable and happy during her golden years.

I only wish that "people" insurance was as prompt with claims as Nationwide is with " pet" claims!!!!
I would definitely recommend this pet insurance company to others. The customer service is wonderful, friendly and efficient.

We have been very pleased with the pet insurance coverage and prompt reimbursement provided to our family dog by Nationwide
We had many pet insurance options available. Nationwide pet insurance was recommended to use by a family friend who also used them to insure their Yorkshire Terrier. We have been very pleased with the coverage and the prompt reimbursement process.
