Need a better website that explains what is actually covered and what isn't
Some of my visits to the vet are covered and some aren't. I have a hard time figuring out what is actually covered with my plan.

So responsive and caring
Nationwide is the insurer to have if you have a sick pet or one the is perpetually injured. Claims are easy to submit and reimbursement is returned quickly. Their hotline has also been invaluable and were the ones to alert us that our pup’s cough should get checked out. Highly recommend!

Nationwide is on Minnie’s side
Minnie was recently spayed and she is doing great. The ease of filing a claim for the procedure was so easy. Thank you Nationwide for being there for Minni.

The coverage is great! The web portal not so much
The coverage is great! I love that wellness visits and all his vaccines and prevention is covered. I do not like the web portal. It’s cumbersome and difficult to navigate. It was hard to find the link to VitusVet for the initial setup for ‘easy’ claims.
Othellos breed is not listed in many places, but Is acknowledged in the initial quote section. Why is that?
I wish there was a snapshot where we can see where we are with meeting the annual deductible, instead of opening all his documents and calculate it ourselves as best we could.
Coverage is great. The web portal has room for improvement.
Monthly Cost
Policies start at approximately $12 per month.
