Customer service is superior

Customer service is superior! We have three dogs and six cats covered! We may have the record for the most fur babies covered with MetLife. We have been very pleased with our coverage! Submitting claims can be a challenge on the website! The claims were paid mostly in a timely manner. Great company for multiple pets!

I called to advise you that you double paid me for a service. Rather than you reverse the mistake, I was advised that I would receive a letter and then I could write a check and send the funds back to you. I am inconvenienced for your mistake.
