They processed our claim quickly and we were able to pay off the Credit card before the interest kicked in!

Metlife tried to deny my claim for my dog from a traumatic incident she had in 2020 where she hadn't had any issues since and no permanent damage to her eye, to a recently diagnosed genetic eye disease. My vet literally laughed out loud and said, this is the saddest most absurd denial i've ever seen. I did have to submit appeal and allegedly won, who knows but I got paid out for that visit. The the app is primitive. There's no clear way to tell if you've been paid or not. And some of my communication says it will be mailed to me yet.I hadn't received anything. I guess it's no different than human insurance.But I had high hopes for them.

Excellent platform to submit claims -- seamless so long as your vet gets you the forms

Claims are extremely easy to file and results are fair.
