Better experience that last year

No hassles like last year and paying claims. I adopted Blake last year and changed his name, kept advising that Blake and Bentley were the same and it got very frustrating when customer service couldn't understand and that I had no history of the dog other than what the rescue league gave me. This year is better but the premium is high

I've tried 3 separate times to make…

I've tried 3 separate times to make purchase after getting a quote and had difficulty each tim. I saved the quote twice and when I went back to retrieve it there was no record found. However, I do thank you for offering and providing pet insurance to my 2 babies. Blessings, Kim Smith
