MetLife | Pet Insurance Review

I recently adopted a kitten about almost 6 months and the first 4 days we had him he was not eating I knew I needed insurance either way just to have for emergencies etc and when I decided to call a vet to have our kitten checked I also called Medlife to set up a policy to get him covered. The policy I chose would not have kicked in for 24 hours but when I told the representative that I needed to have our kitten seen that day because we felt something wasn’t right she worked out a small emergency policy to help me for that day with a small copay and it was a big help. The kitten did have an infection and needed antibiotics which did cost a bit. So I was so happy to have that coverage and have the kitten taken care of!! Medlife was awesome!!! Also filing the claim was easy with the help from the Vet and I received the refund very quickly!!!

I've submitted two claims to MetLife and both times they have been prompt in processing the claim and in sending payment and explanations for my invoices. Very easy process with excellent service!
