Easy to Submit claims & Great Customer Service
Easy to Submit claims and they really helped out when our 8 month old puppy needed emergency surgery. They cover what they say they cover and it has been a pleasure to know their insurance is there for peace of mind and know our puppies will be taken care of without breaking the bank if they have an emergency! Would recommend to everyone!

When we signed years ago
When we signed years ago, we were told things would process with in 3-5 days. We have never seen that heppen lately.
