Constant errors with claims
So far this year you took the last portion of the deductible out three times and finally paid us back. Since then, two invoices were sent in..you paid the one and completely ignored the other. I called 4 days ago and the girl said it would be put back through..so far nothing. Not happy with the service at all

Very happy with the service
We have been very satisfied with the insurance claim process. We simply uploaded our claim and received a prompt payment covering ~75% of the cost.
