It was so easy to file a claim

It was so easy to file a claim! I’ve always avoided Pet Insurance for years because I just didn’t think it was worth it, but WOW was I wrong! This is the best investment I’ve made in a while. My puppy had to have an unexpected urgent appointment for an ear infection, and it was so nice to have the peace of mind knowing that I wouldn’t have to cover the full financial burden alone. & actually filing the claim was a breeze. I had the payment in my account not even 3 days after I finished submitting what they needed. It was great!!!

The claim process was so easy and there was such a quick turnaround time from submitting the required documents to a claim decision. The explanation of benefits provided a detailed breakdown of what was covered. I recommended MetLife to others for their pets.
