I submit any claim from my veterinarian to MetLife Pet Insurance and eventually get a response back either good or missing notes from the vet. Nice my insurance refund is added to my PayPal account. Sometimes a little difficult to find and upload files from the iPhone.

I missed the date for submitting initial claim.
I missed the date for submitting Jellybean's initial claim. I called for help and spoke to the most helpful and gracious young lady. She walked me through the process for submitting the claims, telling me to include the initial claim even though it was not included in the charges. She explained that would make it easier for the claims adjuster to process the charges. It was very easy to complete and submit the paperwork. I promptly received conformation of receipt. I am most grateful for the updates of claims status and EOB. Thank you, MetLife for you help with my Jellybean.
