My recent two claims were paid out much…
My recent two claims were paid out much quicker than usual so I definitely appreciated that but MetLife is more expensive for less coverage than other companies so I cannot give five stars a lot of competitors I would be paying less money each month with an endless amount of coverage instead of only two dogs for $5000 coverage per year

MetLife reps are great!
While the app and being able to view attachments and check status of claims and payments is cumbersome
And requires download of documents to view content of claims
Anytime I have spoke to a person they have been friendly, efficient and able to answer questions.
I wish it were easy to be able to view even a quick thumbnail preview of each claim to be able to identify which claim
Is listed cs having to go three layers in to know which claim I am looking at

They are great! They answer any questions and help when you need it. They make it easy to make claims and getting refunded right to your account. They are so helpful!
