My first claim was processed accurately and in a timely manner. I’m very satisfied with my pet insurance.

Simple and easy to use

trying to get reimbursed for sempirica trio. a shipment i get every 6 months. you can (and likely do) track that. I submitted my invoice to get reimbursed, but the invoice did not show the item had yet shipped (it did later that day, but their system generated the invoice first). so you wouldn't pay it until i found proof of shipment. for regular cycles of drugs that are easily forecastable (and equally easy to see if there was a fraud - too frequent a request for heart worm meds), you shouldn't need that level of proof and cause me a 2nd time getting into the the system.

Easy access to customer service staff and courteous responses. Quick resolution to claims.
