Customer service was fantastic however despite being able to switch my reimbursement method to a new bank account it still got sent to the old one.

Never ever had a claim issue for my…
Never ever had a claim issue fir my pooch! Reimbursement is very quick. Questions are always answered in a timely manner. I don't ever have to worry about Nikko not getting the care that he needs because it's not affordable. Majority of my friends a pet owners and I highly recommend MetLife to them.
