MetLife | Pet Insurance Review

My rescue came with a trial MetLife Pet Insurance policy. I used it almost immediately and it was so easy to fill a claim. Reimbursement came quickly. In the proceeding months, I extended the policy and after my deducted was met, all claims are reimbursed at 100%. Great customer service; someone always answers. Quick processing too.

So far I have had 5 claims that I submitted approved quickly. The process is pretty easy. I’m very happy with the service and glad that I enrolled. I highly recommend it. Thank you MetLife.

Ask your veterinarian for insurance providers that they have heard good reviews from their other patients. I sure wish I had done that before signing up with Metlife pet insurance! Spent hundreds of dollars and hours of time and could not get any of my specific questions answered.

I recently added my new puppy to MetLife and as it was before very easy to enroll. Affordable and very easy to submit claims.

I've unfortunately have had to file a few claims this year, but each time the process is extremely simple and relatively quick. I upload my documents and I have resolution within 7 business days. Their customer service when enrolling was absolutely top-notch, very warm and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and the policy I received was very clear and thorough. However, I've haven't had to use their customer service for any issues yet. So far, really great experience.
