having MetLife Pet Insurance was definitely one of the best decisions I made when have more than one dog (we have 3), since they offer coverage for wellness (exams, vaccines, monthly heartworm) as well as injury. Fast, reliable and friendly service with every interaction. Great website to submit claims, too. A+

Couldn’t be more pleased with MetLife. I haven’t had to use them in the early years but now that my first dog is older some issues have come up and all claims have been paid to date . The process time has been great as well.

MetLife Pet Insurance has been really great so far. After reaching my deductible, our puppy's vet visits have been pretty much paid for. It was really easy to sign up and have the monthly payments taken out of my check, here at work and it usually takes a couple of days after entering a claim, via the app, for payment to go back into our account. As pet parents, that learned their lesson without insurance with our last pet, MetLife has really come in handy. Would highly recommend.

MetLife Pet reimbursed me for pet expenses within a couple of days from submitting the claims. The app is very easy to navigate.
