MetLife | Pet Insurance Review

I have had MetLife Insurance for 9yrs for my dog who has an array of health issues. Applying for claims on the website is extremely easy and convenient. I appreciate the communication I receive during the process. If I had to make any criticism is that I didn't receive notice that my monthly payment would be increased. Everything has gone up so it wasn't a surprise but I would have liked a heads up.

Filing a claim is super easy and reimbursement is fast. On the rare occasion that I have needed to call, the representatives were always knowledgeable and courteous. I recommend MetLife Pet Insurance to all of my friends and family.

Even though I two insurance policies, 3 dogs on one and 1 dog on another, and the receipt from the vet for services had all the dog on it, they separated it out so I got refunds on each policy.
