MetLife makes my life easier
MetLife makes my life easier. I have 3 pets on my policy and I know that if a medical emergency arises they will be covered. MetLife also approves claims very quickly.
I had to take my dog to an emergency vet because he fell at the park, and all his vet expenses were covered.

Great Pet Insurance
I really like MetLife pet insurance. The process of submitting claims online is super easy and contacting them via phone has been great when wanting to speak with a real person, especially since most companies now are mostly automated. I only wish claims didn’t take so long to get processed it sometimes can take up to 3 weeks to get my refund since it could take up to 15 business days. Other than that I have not had issues and the people who I’ve talked to over the phone are always super friendly and helpful.
