It couldn't be easier!

Once I got the initial setup to my bank completed, and figured out how things work with my first claim, subsequent claims have been a cinch! I just open the app, tap new claim, take a photo of the paperwork, and that's it! Couple days later, my reimbursement is in my bank. I highly recommend MetLife Pet Insurance to any pet owner.

Easy to deal with

Easy to deal with. Only issue I have is that it takes too long for them to review my submissions and issue a refund. 2 weeks in my opinion is too long. If it was not for that, I would give them 5 stars.
