Claims are easy to submit via the app and we’ve always received reimbursement. Reimbursement comes via Zelle as well so it’s super fast. It’s good peace of mind to have the coverage for our pets and our policies are affordable.

Called to cancel my furbabies…
Called to cancel my furbabies insurance. The rep was able to work with me and get me a great plan within my budget. Have had Metlife for going on 2 years. All claims have been handled quickly. Would recommend this coverage for pet parents!

This year has been a lot easier…
This year has been a lot easier submitting my claim information and not needing more info. In the past I have had to send it at least one more time.
My pup has been sick a lot this year and I am lucky to have pet insurance and I have referred many people.
