Exceptionally poor service
Exceptionally poor service. Poor customer service, the minute they heard disputing claim their whole demeanor changed. Could never get straight answers. It was always if you do this you will get paid tomorrow. Do this and you should have no issue getting the claim through. We had 3 vets backing us with letters and still denied. True emergency surgery as listed on the webpage and still denied. Vets from a state university sent a letter and highlighted off the MetLife webpage why it should be legit and still denied. Poor poor service. They were never going to pay us. Never will I EVER recommend pet insurance and for sure METLIFE . WHAT A JOKE!!
