The claims were processed efficiently…
The claims were processed efficiently this time which I really appreciate. The monthly price of my policy jumps tremendously each year so I'll likely not stick with MetLife.
No thanks on reaching out to customer service. I did that last year and all you did was offer to lower the coverage my policy provides.
