MetLife | Pet Insurance Review

I always get reimbursed quickly now that I know what documents need to be sent. The SOAP notes are not typically something my vet automatically sends so I have to request they are emailed to me or my reimbursement gets delayed. I am concerned about the annual increase in my premiums, however, and am not sure it is worth it in the long run. I will wait to see my next increase and decide if I will stay with them or not.

It was really easy to submit claims, the response and turnaround of the reimbursement was quick; so far, the best experience I've had with MetLife pet ins.
