I’ve had so far the best experience with this insurance company. Their policy is very straightforward and clear no hidden information. My dog has been through a lot of medical conditions, and I never had to worry about paying my bills since I got covered by many pets .Their customer service representatives are always very fast to answer on point, dedicated, caring and very helpful. I’m so thankful for this insurance for making my life much easier with my pet me and Nio are so happy With their services thank you again many pets team

Very first claim was denied referencing previous history when even Vet in their analysis marked is as not a pre-existing condition. Still back and forth with them, but so far not really a great experience.

Ease of signing up our pets!

Many Pets has been so awesome! What's really nice is they give you a break when it comes to pre-existing conditions. Meaning after so many months not having any issues, they wipe the slate clean and it's no longer pre-existing. Cooper has been doing well with not having to go to the vet for his allergy (pre-existing) issues. The customer service is the best I've ever dealt with. and I've been with a few other plans. So YES!!! on "Many Pets" they are in my book one of the best Pet Insurance companies out there!!!
