Excellent customer service...
I found the customer service on 4/30 to be so friendly and helpful. After reading the information on their website and comparing so many different pet insurance companies, I needed a little change on my online policy for 2 dogs. She put the plans together for me, explained what is covered, what isn't. Very nice people and they get some amazing reviews. I hope to never need to use my pet insurance, but it is peace of mind to know I have it. I highly recommend ManyPets. They are very affordable and customer service is wonderful.

Just signed up and no experience
Just signed up and no experience to report. However they have great rates. They cover a lot. I wish they would cover hip dysplasia for my 7 yr old dog. My pup doesn't have the condition but they won't cover any dogs over 6 yrs old. My previous insurance company covered this.
