Very easy to sign up. I did have to call them because I had a question and I was very pleased with the kindness and the care the associate used in answering my question.

I have been waiting 8 weeks for reimbursement
They take your premiums but do not have the staff to deal with the claims - last time I claimed it was 3 months before payment - all you get is authomated messages saying we are working on your claim - my vet wont claim so I pay first and all because they are so slow at paying - I wont be renewing with this company again - I made a formal complaint today and was told it would be 8 weeks for the complaints team to contact me - JOKERS !!! Save yourself the stress and use another company - my other dog is with pet emporium - they pay out straight away and premiums are cheaper !! Mrs fawcett - unhappy with the service
