I haven't used this insurance yet but....
I haven't even used this insurance as yet since I just purchased it a few days ago and I have a 15 day waiting period. Asking me for a review at this point wouldn't be fair. But, if it's the ease of purchase, and the benefits that the policy supposedly gives, then I would say a 5 star is in line. I will be happy to come back and review after I experience submitting a claim. Thanks!

So far so good
So far so good. I have had other insurance that was good as well, but ManyPets pricing is better with more benefits. I also like the monthly payments rather than an annual lump sum. I haven’t made a claim yet, but will find out later my thoughts on that.

Always easy to navigate
Always easy to navigate, and to understand what I am signing up for. We needed additional assistance as we had a previous account from a a pet that passed and need to set up new ones.The representatives are exceptional at walking you through every step should you need help. Very knowledgeable and friendly, and explain your plans in detail. PS. This one of the few that covers dental issues if you have gone through every prevention possible. Most others don't.
