They did great also I was covered by existing pet insurance so canceled old place and they waived the 15 day waiting period

HAD TROUBLE SIGNING UP ONLINE BUT…

HAD TROUBLE SIGNING UP ONLINE BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT AND RESOLVED ISSUE QUICKLY. PLUS THERE IS NO CAP ON ANNUAL COSTS LIKE OTHER PET INSURANCE I LOOKED AT.
