The customer service representative…

The customer service representative informs us that the policy was effective the very next day. Which was not true! We had to find another insurance at the last minute before leaving for vacation. Lot of stress!

We haven’t had to use it yet thankfully but the purchasing process was easy and we enjoyed the ability to be able to customize it to our needs.
