I spoke with customer service to add a second dog to my plan and was greeted by a very pleasant and helpful representative. I am extremely satisfied with my experience.

Easy to navigate and get a quote. Reasonable quote with quality coverage. I guess the true test is when we have to submit a claim. I hope I never have to, but if I do that would be the ultimate test. Thank you

I have lost complete faith in this company. More than a year ago, I rescued a cat from a plastic bag in a river, and according to ManyPets the worst thing I did for him was immediately take him to the vet. The second worst thing I ever did for him was take him to a thorough vet. This poor baby is basically just one large "pre-existing condition." I thought I did the right thing by him by purchasing health insurance to make sure that he can get all the care he needs, and was so excited to learn about ManyPets... but nothing is covered and wont be until he is "healthy for 18 months." So, I have been paying for all his medical bills as well as monthly health insurance only to be told when I filed his first claim the other day, that because his vet was so good, nothing is covered. I can't even bring myself to drop the policy completely because I've fallen in love with this poor thing and I cant even imagine if something new comes up and I have to let him go because I cant afford it.

After researching many different pet insurance companies and reading hundreds of reviews... I opted to choose a plan with ManyPets. I have not had to use it yet, but the rate and deductible are by far the most reasonable for my needs. The declarations and coverage are easy to understand as well.
