Horrible customer service, I wish I would have stayed with my previous company- many pets is Horrible & shouldn't be in business.

Our dog had existing coverage and I provided all requested proof/declaration page - we should not have had the waiting period before coverage began. We pd on 1/19 told not active until 2/5. I'll be interested to see when they charge us for following month- hopefully its off the effective date going forward.

It was easy to get quotes, hard to make a decision. This is our first every pet insurance so we will see.

Pre-exist doesn't allow me to get reimburse: if you have an issue like parasite, while they category it as pre-existing. Be careful about your policy. Do not bring your pet to vet before insurance get effective! Otherwise the parasite issue would be counted as pre-existing! And it needs 18 months to unlock pre-existing! But I bought insurance for the unexpected issue! Why I buy insurance?

Very friendly service & the reimbursement process was very easy & amazingly quick!! I'm very happy & I highly recommend!!
