Signed up for two dogs. Only one policy shows up online. Emailed customer service, they said there may be a computer glitch. Coming up on one month and no policy.

Easy to sign up

Easy to sign up. Reasonable rates. I haven't had to make a claim so I can't comment on that. Hopefully, if I ever have to use it, it will go smoothly.
