ManyPets | Pet Insurance Review

My initial claim under the wellness insurance got stuck in review for about a month. This would be a 1 star as the insurance promises average of 10 days of waiting. I finally had time to call. Everything fixed in under 2 days and enjoyed a really lovely conversation. Turns out there was a technical bug. Guess they still working on a vaccine for such pet bugs.

Great customer service and timely response

Excellent customer service when seeking information about plans and transfer from another company. Appreciate waiver of waiting period due to continuous coverage. Pricing superior to other companies for scope of coverage, deductible, coinsurance, and annual coverage amount from a 5-star insurer. I am confident the company will do as well should we make a claim. I hope that’s well placed confidence.

Simple and straightforward policy, with clear distinction between illness + accident cover, and wellness which is a separate option. I have had great experience with Many Pets UK and I'm sure US MP will be the same.
