I SIMPLY WANTED TO RAISE MY DEDUCTIBLE SO I COULD LOWER MY PREMIUM. THE GENTLEMAN ADVISED THAT THE CURRENT POLICY HAD TO BE CANCELLED AND A NEW POLICY CREATED. HE MADE THE CHANGE AND I RECEIVED A NEW POLICY VIA E-MAIL. ONE THING THAT DID BOTHER ME WAS THAT THE E-MAIL STATED I WAS A NEW CUSTOMER.
