Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Getting this Insurance was the best decision! It puts my mind at ease wondering "does he actually need to see a vet for this or should I wait a few days?" because you know you have a set out-of-pocket max with Embrace! I ended up also signing up for the wellness plan along with the accidental/injury plan because this seems cheaper than the plans they had at my vet for things like nail trims and vaccines. Very happy with this insurance for my Australian Cattle Dog!

Straightforward

Embrace Customer Service is Exceptional and Lani who assisted me was Fabulous. I had a question on my policy and Lani Listened, Which is unusual in today’s marketplace. After I was finished She responded and outlined my policy and how I should proceed to make sure my Family Member is comfortable and covered.

My family has 3 large dogs - 2 Great Pyrenees and 1 older Labrador Retriever. It has been our pleasure to have worked with Embrace for several years now. I initially found them as a result of the company's affiliation with USAA as we have been USAA members for 45+ years. It's hard to compete with an excellent company like USAA, but Embrace has done it every time. Making claims is very easy and, believe me, we submit many claims for 3 dogs, both for wellness and for illness. Embrace is always prompt and explains the benefits and reimbursement thoroughly. Just recently we received a claim reimbursement that I submitted in the morning - it was completed that same afternoon! We appreciate that we are truly "Embraced" when using this company. Thank you!

Really appreciate Embrace’s thorough review and standing behind their policies. Had a bit of a stressful month with my dog’s initial diagnosis and the folks at Embrace have been communicative on the phone, email, and on the app. Very thankful that I have insurance in place and that Embrace is with us as we figure out the next steps of my dog’s cancer journey
