Disappointing to say the least

To hear my rates skyrocketed, while supposedly getting 2 different "discounts", finding out I need to wait over a month to even hope for a claim processed, and virtually no option to figure out who's processing my claims or how to get in touch with them, feels wildly disappointing. I know pet insurance takes a bit longer but this is far longer than anywhere else I've found or looked at. I really wish I'd looked more closely.

Okay so I have had this pet insurance…

Okay so I have had this pet insurance for awhile the reimbursement is like 80 percent but when I do the math of my vet bill and the reimbursement it don't add up another problem I have is when I file a claim some of my reimbursements go towards my deductible witch I feel like all the money that I pay mouthy should go towards my deductible all the mouths that they charge me and I dont file a claim should go towards my deductible because it's like I don't use the insurance until I need it but im still being charged for it so all the money im am being charged when I dont use it should go towards my deductible ps I have had this insurance before 2025 but it will not let me pick a date before that

GET READY FOR YOU PREIUM TO INCREASE!

My monthly premium went from $189/month to $305/month for my english bulldog because she turned 6 years old. I've had to lower my coverage so I can afford to insure her. I think its disgusting what ASPCA is charging for coverage. You suck!!!
