TLC is absolutely the best. They explained everything from start to finish, step by step. Gave us all the time we needed as we said goodbye to our fur baby. Not just the vet, not just the staff, they ALL are very compassionate. I can’t not say enough about TLC Vet Clinic in Palouse, WA. All I can say is that the staff was very kind and caring, and also affordable. Will be back with my other two cats for check ups. Unfortunately I had to have Mr Snuggles my other cat who had a very good and spoiled life put to rest. He was 18 yrs old. They were very informative and very sincere. Thank you TLC.... JAN RUSSELL

All the staff at TLC Palouse is amazing every time we go in! Very kind, patient, and thorough. They even stepped out and double checked for any new medication breakthroughs on my cat’s issue before discussing a plan of action to make sure she got the newest and best care.

Dr. Andi and staff are exceptional. Not only saving the life of my kitty, Sinbad: aka: Jim Bob, they were calm and compassionate. I highly recommend TLC Veterinary Clinic.
