This was my first time visiting this clinic with my new puppy. I waited just under 10 minutes once checked in which was not bad at all. Very pleasant experience for both myself and my puppy. Good service from check-in, to the vet tech, to Dr Chappell himself. Very reasonably priced as well. Looking forward to the future care of my pet with this clinic. :)

Dr. Doug Chappell and staff are totally amazing. Dr. Chappell took care of my dog lady's cherry eye and did an amazing job. I highly recommend Dr. Chappell for you pet care. I had my daughter bring me all the way from Greenville,SC to Gaffney,SC. Thank you for an excellent service 👏

Excellent doctor. Fantastic knowledge but...even with your appt time, be prepared to wait and wait. No consideration given to other people's schedules. I question why give an appt time if I need to wait over an hour??? They are very old fashioned. Do not expect them to handle any pet insurance claims. They have no computer and do not issue invoices. The quality of care and knowledge is excellent but the lack of respect for other people's time is inexcusable.

Excellent vet very knowledgeable and will spend the time with you. We have a farm and a lot of pets. Have been in and out many many times over the past 7 or 8 years. Might have to wait a little bit but he puts his time with you and your pet always.

Dr. Chappell and clinic's staff are positively the best with tremendous knowledge and experience. They genuinely care about the animals well being rather than making money. Such approach is becoming increasingly rare these days. My sincere gratitude for outstanding dedication to save my beloved "4-legged son's" life. Thank you !
