I was pleasantly surprised when I bought my cat there. The staff was very polite and helpful. The vet tech was wonderful and the Veterinarian Dr. Day was very knowledgeable, helpful and empathetic. They took a lot of time with me and my cat. Especially helpful since one of the diagnoses was not so good. They didn’t rush through the intake or exam and even though my cat is easy the spent a lot of time making sure she was comfortable. I would highly recommend them. There was very little wait also but could have been the time I went.

Great service- we were on vacation and needed a quick urgent care visit for my pup Lewy to fix a broken dew claw. All of the staff were professional and super friendly! Highly recommend!

First time going to Veterinary Urgent care center in Narragansett and the best experience I've had. The fact that you can walk in and not have to pay "Emergency hospital" prices was amazing. My dog hurt his paw and has been limping for the past couple of days. I called my primary care vet (who we love) but they had no availability to see him today and they recommended VUCC.... And I'm so glad they did. It was a bit of a drive for me as I live in Connecticut bordering RI, however they were amazing with him. It made the hour drive so worth it. They were thorough...I didn't have to wait long at all... They took him right in. They were so good with my boy... They took such great care of him. Thank God, it's nothing serious.. Just needs some rest. They were so reassuring and friendly..I would absolutely make them my go to for urgent care.

I’ve never walked out of a vets office satisfied with both care and cost until today. My cat’s tail got shut in the door and I thought it was fractured. I expected the doctor to come in and start ordering all sorts of scans but nope. She evaluated him very well and decided it was just missing hair and he did in fact have blood flow in his tail. I thought my bill would be in the $1,000s when I went to check out. With the emergency office visit and the anti inflammatory meds I paid less than $200. This place truly is a blessing compared to the other emergency vets in the area.

We saw Doctor Renkin. Not sure of the spelling. She was the best doctor we have seen so far. Waffles is a very difficult cat to treat and she did a great job with him. Thank you for seeing him again for our emergency. Have a great day. Sincerely, Christine Mancuso
