Made appointment got there said I didn't have one.very dissatisfied. When to Durant animal hospital. Down on 9 the st very good . Just long wait.

First time to use this clinic. Very friendly and seemed to be very efficient. Dropped off my 9 year old lab and picked her up a couple of hours later. I'll would use them again.

So I called to try and make an appointment for my puppy and they said just come in at anytime we don’t take appointments. So the next day I took a couple of vacation hours at work to take my puppy in. On my way up there I decided to called again to see how much it was going to be, so that I could withdraw money from ATM. And the receptionist gave me a price, but said they could not take me in because she was (booked). I told her I could wait as long as it took, but no she said I could try the next day or later that afternoon.

I took my dogs to this place seem nice enough ok nine months down the line I call to get an appointment they are clueless to us ever being there a lot can go wrong here I'm not gonna bash but disorganized is what this vet office is he some where that cares
