The Behavior Clinic saved our home and realistically saved one of our cats from having to be put down. We have 6 indoor only cats and in the fall of 2023 two of our cats started peeing/spraying outside the box. We did several virtual sessions and one in home session as we worked through figuring out all the different dynamics and personalities of our household. Piece by piece we began to implement each recommendation from The Behavior Clinic. We utilized the skills they taught us and made slight modifications to our home. Within a few months we were back to everyone using the box, and more importantly, all of our cats are happier. We now have the skills to navigate their unique personalities and keep everyone in check. We can’t thank The Behavior Clinic enough!

I would recommend the staff here to anyone who is struggling with their pets behavior. After seeing multiple trainers with my dog, I was growing hopeless with his dog reactivity. I wasn't sure it would ever improve. For the first time in a very long time, we're beginning to see progress. My dogs quality of life is notably improving, too. I do my best to stay educated on dog behavior, but I'm blown away by the knowledge and compassion of the staff. We genuinely enjoy our visits, and I feel prepared to keep training. Highly recommend!! Thank you TBC from Baci and the Palumbo family! EDIT: I posted my original review a year ago, and since then, my boy has continued to thrive and improve far beyond what I could have ever hoped for. If you're willing to put in the time and effort needed to make the changes for your pet, there's no place I'd higher recommend. My only regret is not bringing my dog here much sooner!

Even my cat loved working with this team and he has never enjoyed going to a Vet appointment! If that's not an endorsement, I don't know what is! The Behavior Clinic helped us so much. After being diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease, my geriatric cat developed disastrous bathroom habits and was causing disruption and damage to my mental health and my home. I didn't know what else to do and reached out to The Behavior Clinic as a last resort after trying everything else the internet and my normal Vet had recommended. Not only did we resolve Squeaky's issues within a matter of weeks, the team was lovely to work with every step of the way.

Dr Feltes was rude and did not listen when I said things were getting worse. I heard all good things, but my experience was the complete opposite. Horribly expensive with absolutely ZERO results. Look for alternatives for your pets needs.

I really wanted to love this place and feel like they were helping my dog, but I just can’t. I took my dog here in the beginning of the year and as a broke college student I wish I didn’t. They wanted to heavily medicate my dog and do “training”. The doctor told me that my dog should not go on walks anymore since she gets anxiety, she should never be around other dogs, and her resource guarding should be fixed by us basically letting her do whatever she wants. After 2 training sessions of us doing click and treat work, I felt like I had wasted my money. My dog absolutely loves training and she did not like coming here. Our last session, they had us leave because I did not medicate her and they told me she was too stressed to continue. I ended up taking her to another training facility and now she walks and plays with other dogs, loves going on walks, and her resource guarding is 95% fixed. She loves her trainer and even goes to daycare to spend the day with her. I’m not one to leave reviews but I wasted so much money on this place that I cannot get back. The only thing I will say is the staff here are very quick to give you a call back when you have an issue and they will talk to you as long as you need. I don’t want anyone to waste money like I did because it is very expensive.
