Amazing experience from start to finish! Dr. Pietrzyk was incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate with my anxious dog. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Dana and Tracie were wonderful as well—they treated my baby like he was one of their own. The level of care was exceptional, the pricing was very affordable, and I truly appreciated that there were no hidden fees or surprise charges. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality veterinary care.

Right, so this is Biscuit. Big fluffy girl. Looks like she hugs strangers for a living, but the second something's off, the whole house knows about it. Took her to this vet expecting the usual song and dance. Didn't get it. These people know dogs. Properly know them. No messing about, no mystery, no "let's run seventeen tests just because." They gave Biscuit a thorough once-over, explained exactly what was going on, and had a plan before I'd even finished worrying. The staff? Solid. Calm under pressure. Treated Biscuit like she was the governor instead of a seventy-pound muppet trying to make friends with everyone in the waiting room. An hour later we walked out with answers, a treatment plan, and one ridiculously happy dog who'd somehow convinced half the staff to scratch his ears on the way out. Funny thing about vets, you only really know if they're any good when your dog's counting on them. These lot delivered. No drama, no nonsense, just professionals who know exactly what they're doing. If Biscuit could leave a review herself, she'd probably just drool on the keyboard. So I'll do it for her. Five stars. I'd trust them with the dog, the keys to the house, and probably my last decent bottle of Scotch.
