I waited a month to get an appointment with a highly rated vet in the area, only to have a disappointing experience. A coworker recommended Gentle Touch Vet Hospital, so I decided to give them a call. It was the best decision I could have made for my senior Golden Retriever. Not only were they able to accommodate us, but they even offered me a same-day appointment. I wasn’t able to make it that day, but they scheduled us for the following business day. From the moment we walked through the door, I felt welcomed. The front desk staff, vet tech, and Dr. Jackson were all incredibly loving, compassionate, and caring toward my aging buddy. I could genuinely tell that they cared about him and loved him as much as I do.I left feeling like I had not only found an amazing vet and staff but also a few guardian angels to look after my best friend. I’m so grateful I found Gentle Touch Vet Hospital!

Had my first appointment today and was immediately impressed. We were greeted as we walked in and welcomed as new clients. No waiting room, went directly to the exam room which is not like any I've seen before. A bed and blanket for the pets, recliner for the owners and rug on the floor. While we were waiting someone came in to check on us and let us know the Dr would be there momentarily. Mare (Vet Tech) met with us, told us what the Dr would be doing and what the cost would be before any treatment. Dr. Jackson was wonderful. Very gentle with our senior, explained the procedure and showed us what she was seeing and the treatment plan. We were told the final cost and payment was made right in the exam room. We will be using Gentle Touch going forward.
