Dr. Ash and his staff were great! Everyone was kind, professional, and truly caring toward both pets and owners. The clinic was welcoming, and they took the time to answer all our questions and make sure Lucky was comfortable. I felt very reassured throughout the visit. Dr. Ash is a very smart and thorough veterinarian. He has a great rapport with my dogs, even sits on the floor with them at their level and not pumped up on some table. When I called to get an appointment, I don’t have to wait a week or two, they always make availability. The team that works with Dr. Ash are very professional from the front reception desk to the vet techs. Both Gabby and Roxanne enjoy going there.

I have nothing but praise for the people of First Line Animal Hospital, including Dr. Ash, Sahymi, and all of the staff that were so kind and gentle with us during our brief period of time spent together. Our cat experienced a rapid decline during which we brought her to see Dr. Ash. Her condition was immediately taken seriously with several methods of treatment attempted. Ultimately, and very quickly, Dr. Ash discovered a large stomach mass that ended up being a tumor. On her last day, Dr. Ash spent some time with us after we let her go just to chat about her and helped us feel comfort in our decision. Regina was a very special girl and we are so very thankful for the kindness, honesty, and compassion we experienced with this practice. I cannot recommend them enough. Our pooch never had a tick and this season one got her. The head was lodged in her neck 😢 I did a lot of research as one would and FirstLine is excellent!! Wonderful, kind techs and Dr. Ash explained everything very well. Our Bella is a Happy, Healthy Pooch! 🐾💟

My 15 yr old cat Harley has been having some breathing issues and I looked up vets near me and I found FirstLine Veterinary Hospital.. They are a new place so I made an appointment online I got right in. The Dr. and his Staff were amazing and genuinely cared.. I would recommend them 100%
