The staff is very friendly and polite and they are very caring about my dog. And she likes them. Any time I have called on them for any questions they have been kind and helpful for whatever the situation is.

I never write bad reviews because things happen but my experience was unacceptable. Called on a sick kitten we had just adopted. The first words out of the dr.'s mouth...."she is probably going to die." No lead in and no compassion. After tells me that if I still need him, to call back tomorrow. I called back the next day and still havent heard back. There is a line between being honest and being compassionate. It is unacceptable to have a doctor with after hours emergency service who doesnt return phone calls.

Setting up the appointment the lady was very nice! My boy is stand-offish towards strangers and hates having his feet touched! He also has a history of seizures. When we arrived at the Liberal Animal Hospital, my boy was SO comfortable with the ladies and the environment he was in, he didn't even realize I wasn't handling him when they took him! Because my boy has a history of seizures, I called to check on how he had been. The lady was very nice and said I could call at anytime to ease my mind about my fur baby and said he was doing good! Thank you for being so kind and gentle to my skittish boy!

Dr Jones has always been very good to our animals. We had very poor treatment for our cat from another vet and scheduled an appointment. We came in early because we started to get worried and even though he was booked, he still made the time to help our cat. The rest of the staff is also very kind and welcoming

I called them for an emergency, 1 week later they still haven't called back. My sister's dog passed away about 1am May 21st. I called here first as they're her primary vet clinic. I left a voicemail regarding what to do with her body as my sister had already discussed end of life care with them, she was a 15 year old dog so those conversations had already come up. Be aware that they'll take your money and maybe even tend to your concerns during regular business hours, but after that you're on your own. It's insane that they still have not called back. So if you're looking for a caring vet clinic that will actually tend to you during and after hours call Compassionate Care Veterinary Clinic in Guymon 106 Jerry Street Dr. Mitchell was incredible to us. She took care of everything within the hour, she called back within 3 minutes of my voicemail. She was very caring and calming and didn't discuss payment until I brought it up. Dr. Mitchell's concern was having her little body taken care of after she passed away. My sister received her dog's remains within 3-4 days. Don't settle for terrible service just because you live in a small town. Guymon isn't that far either from Liberal so save yourself the headache and heartache and go straight to where your pets will be appropriately treated, no matter the time.
