I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place and Dr. Bronzino. My dog absolutely loves coming here. She gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot and practically drags me to the door, which tells me everything I need to know about how she’s treated. Every visit, Dr. Bronzino takes her time, never rushes us, and answers every question I have. I always leave feeling like she genuinely cares and wants what’s best for my dog, not like we’re just another appointment on the schedule. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, kind, patient, and has a way of making both pets and their owners feel comfortable. It’s hard to find someone you trust completely with your pet, but I never have to worry when we’re here. The level of care is exceptional, and you can tell she truly loves what she does. I recommend her to anyone looking for a veterinarian who treats your pets like they’re her own.

Our Vet tech was so patient with us and willing to give me time to get comfortable as well we have had bad experiences at a few Vets around and she provided a safe and honest environment I will be back for sure. They truly care about your pets as if they are their own.

We had an amazing experience for my dog’s first visit with them. Dr. Bronzino in her team are great! They were so nice and welcoming. They took the time to go over everything with me about my dog and made him feel comfortable with his anxiety. They have a great rewards program and it’s a very clean environment. It was very easy to schedule and their app is really helpful keeping things organized and having the medical chat option available. I am so thankful I found them!

My dog and I had an absolutely incredible experience at Petfolk in Fishers. Dr. Bronzino was so friendly and patient with my shy boy. The consultation we had left me feeling very at ease about everything. We had our procedure a week later and to my absolute shock, I got text updates during his stay and procedure that everything was going well and on schedule. Pick up was very easy and I got all the information I needed, I left very prepared. All my expectations were completely blown away, Petfolk is setting the standard.

We have used Dr. Bronzino for several years and have always been delighted with her skill and attitude toward our pets. I'm so glad that she is in the Indianapolis area now!
